Mr. Woodard is Realtor with ERA Beaver Real Estate in Fort Myers. He has been a real estate professional for nine years and a resident of Fort Myers for over 40 years.

Mr. Woodard has earned the nationally recognized designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. He has also served on the Professional Standards Committee.

In addition to serving on the Board of the Fort Myers Housing Authority, Mr. Woodard is a member of the City of Fort Myers Planning Board.

Mr. Woodard’s experience in residential real estate will be invaluable while the Fort Myers Housing Authority plans and develops future housing for our residents. Married since 1983 to Kristie, a CAT-scan technician, Mr. Woodard spends his off-time performing in a small musical group or boating on one of Lee County’s many waterways. We hope you will join us at our next Commission meeting, last Wednesday of the month and welcome Mr. Woodard to the Board.
