	Currently configured with 2 freezer rooms (-15°F), 1 cooler (35°F), and one dry room

	Additional dry storage in oversized dock area
	Outside commodity storage for bulk materials such as lumber, wall board, steel and other building materials
	6 truck docks with levelers (1 without)
