The house was built in 1912 and recently restored and redecorated to be comfortably chic. The Inn contains four large guestrooms
each with a private bath and a queen size bed. Also available is one handicap accessible room with a private bath, a daybed,
and a single bed. Each night's stay at the Inn is complimented by a full family style breakfast. Air conditioning throughout the Inn, provides guests with an opportunity to escape hot Florida temperatures.
The common areas of the Inn provide guests with the use of a phone, stereo, television, vcr, and games.
The Li-Inn Sleeps is conveniently located within walking distance of the Edison & Ford estates, Centennial Park,
the Caloosahatchee River and many fine restaurants. The Downtown Entertainment District and the Boston
Red Sox spring training fields are also within walking distance of The Li-Inn Sleeps Bed & Breakfast.
