Woodhaven Quinn O'Carrotwood

(Five to 6 months old)

Mom says this is the perfect outfit for me! I don't look like a 'Wild Indian' do I?  Really I think I'm quite well behaved. I don't tear up things, I don't take stuff that doesn't belong to me, and I've only dug one hole in the yard. I even sit quietly and wait for my dinner while the rest of my brothers bark and act like jerks. If I sit quietly they will feed me first for being good, so I'm no fool!   Just because I go jump in the kiddie pool and then tear through the house I got stuck with the name 'Wild Indian'. Unfair!

Now this is my favorite passtime. I love swimming, retrieving bumpers in the pool and love chasing that thing that runs around under the water cleaning the pool. Mom calls it a robot. It runs all over the bottom of the pool and up the sides and spits water at me. One of these days I'm going to be big enough to catch that thing!

And what better way to end a hard day of swimming!
