Extensive Dyno Testing has shown that fuel of less then 0.730 specific gravity corrected to 60 degrees F may be the cause of driveability complaints. Also, fuel with specific gravity below 0.720 could be caused by high alcohol content for which the water absorption test can determine the percent of alcohol
