You should contact every organization that supplies you with necessities, including money, and ask if it is Year 2000- Compliant. But to understand what this means, take a look at what Congressman Steven Horn's subcommittee means by compliance. You can be sure that not many organizations are compliant in this sense -- probably under 5%, according to PC MAGAZINE (Feb. 18, 1997).
